Artie, and Linda, it sadens me to hear of your loss. Allen and myself were a
part of the Bentonville Basketball team. He would drive Jim's car and pick me up for practice. Always met me with a big smile.the last was at Lumpys. I had the
same operation for two valves, and I kept thinking I would come to house and
exchange operations talk. I am in Florida now, but my sympathy certainly goes out to you. Sorry to miss the calling.

I am are so sorry for your loss of such a wonderful man. Allen was one of the kindest men I have ever known. I am so glad I had the opportunity to know him. He always had a smile and a hand shake every time we met. He was also so proud of his family. You didn't have to talk to him very long until he was talking about one of his grandchildren or great grandchildren. You were all so blessed to have had such an influence as him in your life. I know a part of him lives on in you all, in a smile or memory or thought. I regret will not be able to attend Thursday. You will all be in my thoughts as you have been sense I heard the news.

You have all been blessed to have such a wonderul influence in your lives. He was very proud of his family also.
