Cora Jerling Obituary

Cora Sue Jerling, 76, of Richmond, Indiana passe away on Wednesday April 10, 2024 at AMG Specialty Hospital in Muncie, Indiana. Sue was born on March 4, 1948 in Gary, Indiana to Edward and Lee (McColley) Naum. She was a member of Sylvan Nook Church of Christ in Richmond and enjoyed spending time with her family, knitting and her cats.

Sue is survived by her daughters, Becky (Hank) Lemanski and Janice (Shawn) Halgas; four grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; four sisters, Debbie, Pam, Robin and Karen; her fiance’, Frank Halgas; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 28 years, James Jerling in 1997 and her brother, Kevin Naum.

A memorial service for Sue is be planned at a later date.
