Tyler S. McClure, 24, of Connersville (formerly of Pershing) passed away unexpectedly at his home on Tuesday, December 8, 2015. He was born in Richmond, IN on December 31, 1990 to Lisa Cupp Sherwood and Steven McClure.
He had attended Lincoln High School, was an avid hunter and attended Oak Park Church in Richmond.
Survivors include his mother and step-father Lisa and Shane Sherwood of Connersville; father Steven McClure of Connersville; brothers Dustin (Lauren Church) and Seth McClure both of Connersville and step-brother Jeffrey Sherwood of Columbus, IN; sister, Brooklyn Sherwood of Connersville; niece, Hailey McClure and nephew Gavyn McClure both of Hagerstown; 24 cousins; maternal grandparents Elba and Mary Cupp of Pershing and paternal grandparents Michael McClure of Richmond. Aunts and uncles, Therese Henderson (John Gilbert), Ron Cupp (Amy McCullum) of Pershing, Rick and Vickie Cupp of Cambridge City, Martin McClure and Brian McClure.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother Connie McClure and uncle Michael McClure.
Friends may gather at Waskom Capitol Hill Chapel in Cambridge City on Saturday, December 12, 2015 from 11:00 am until start of services at 1:00 pm. Burial will follow in Zion's Lutheran Cemetery in Pershing. Pastor Bob Brenneman will be officiating.
