Troy Davis Obituary

Troy Richard Davis, 32, of Cambridge City passed away on Monday, May 4, 2020 from head trauma due to a mowing accident.

He was born on January 26, 1988 in Richmond, IN to Bruce C. and Amy L. (Teuschler) Davis and had lived all his life in Cambridge City. He was a 2006 graduate of Lincoln High School. He worked alongside his father who is owner Becker’s Florist and Greenhouse in Cambridge City.

In his free time Troy enjoyed hunting, fishing and anything involving the outdoors. An additional passion of his was shooting trap competitively.

Survivors are his daughter Billy Jo Davis; parents Amy Davis of Byrdstown, TN and Bruce Davis of Cambridge City; siblings Alysha (Russell) Krall and Melissa (Ryan) Clarke: nieces Mackenzie and Abigayle and nephew Dallas Clarke; and many aunts and uncles.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents Richard and Claire Teuschler and Gene and Sylvia Davis.

Private services will held at the convenience of the family.
