Stephen Hinsky Obituary
Stephen M. Hinsky, 76, of Pershing, IN passed away Monday, December 22, 2014 at Reid Hospital in Richmond after a brief illness. He was born on December 5, 1938 in Richmond to Beale and Minnie (Maple) Hinsky and had lived all his life in the area.
Stephen retired in 1996 as a tool maker for Dana Corp. in Hagerstown. He enjoyed his time with his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren and enjoyed camping and traveling to Tucson, Arizona.
Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Joyce (Wilson) Hinsky; children Troy Hinsky and Tyra Fink of Pershing, Tami (Paul) Pecora of Tucson, AZ and Todd (Jane) Hinsky of Lawrenceburg; 8 grandchildren, 4 step-grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, 8 step-great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews; and a brother Rex Hinsky of Decatur, IN.
Friends may call at Waskom Capitol Hill Chapel in Cambridge City on Saturday, December 27, 2014 from 1:00 until 5:00 pm. Funeral services will be on Sunday, December 28, 2014 at 1:00 pm with Danny Berry officiating. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery in Cambridge City.
