Sondra L. Miller, 83, of Cambridge City and formerly of Milton, passed away on Thursday, April 27, 2023 at Reid Hospital. She was born on December 16, 1939 in Haubstadt, Indiana to Jessie H. and Alma (Solhman) Kramer. Sondra graduated from Haubstadt High School in May of 1957, after graduation she went to Purdue University and graduated in June of 1961 with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Foods & Nutrition.

On June 24, 1961 she married Michael Miller and they moved to Connersville in 1962. Sondra took a position as a dietitian at Fayette Memorial Hospital. She and Mike become a member of First Presbyterian Church, where she served as an Elder and was involved in many activities. Sondra later moved to Milton and was a member of In and Around Homemakers club for many years.

She is survived by her daughter, Joan Beth Jennings; two grandchildren, Jessica (James) Newton and Jacob Longo and a great grandson, Chance Newton.

Sondra was preceded in death by her parents, Jessie and Alma Kramer and her step-father, Clarence Rosemeyer.

Friends may call from 10:00 AM until the start of her funeral service at 12:00 Noon at First Presbyterian Church, 700 Central Ave., Connersville on Thursday, May 4, 2023 and interment will follow at Westside Cemetery in Milton.
