Rose Marie Kuster, 64, of Centerville, passed away on Tuesday February 18, 2025 at Reid Hospital. She was born in Richmond, on May 30, 1960 to Wilbur G. and Garnet M. (Thompson) Davis. Rose graduated in 1978 from Richmond High School and later received her Associates Degree in Business Administration from Indiana Business College. She married, John B Kuster on July 14, 1984 and they celebrated their 40th anniversary last summer. Rose was proud to have worked as a special education teachers aide for over 28 years at Centerville Schools. She was an active member of Zion’s Lutheran Church in Pershing, where she was in the choir, taught Sunday school, helped with VBS and served on the church council. For enjoyment she liked to shop, crocheting, sewing and crafts.
Rose is survived by her husband, John B. Kuster; children, Shannon (Brian) Shuman, Brandy (Tim) Martin and Matthew (fiance’, Caroline Weaver) Kuster; ten grandchildren; a sister, Sondra (Clint) Steele; brother, Richard (Helen) Davis; nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Friends may call from 10 AM until the start of her Celebration of Life Service at 11 AM on Saturday February 22, 2025 at Waskom Capitol Hill Chapel in Cambridge City.
