Raymond A "Ray" Weiser

Raymond A. “Ray” Weiser, 86, of Hagerstown, passed away on Wednesday, November 8, 2023 at IU Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie. He was born on August 8, 1937at home in Spartanburg, Indiana the son of Josephine (Phenis) Weiser. Ray attended Lynn High School and left school to enlist in the U.S. Navy just after the end of the Korean War. He was the owner and mechanic at Ray's Auto Service in Hagerstown.

He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Margery (Messer) Weiser; his children, Cindy (Terry) Randall, Marty (Sandy) Weiser, and Michael (Melinda) Weiser; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents Ray was preceded in death by his brothers and sister.

Friends may call from 1 PM until the start of his memorial service at 2 PM on Sunday, November 12, 2023 at Waskom Capitol Hill Chapel in Cambridge City.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to the American Heart Association.
