Patrick Driskill Obituary

Patrick Edward Driskill, passed away at his home in Dunn, North Carolina on December 6, 2022. He was born on January 6, 1972, to Daniel and Sharon Driskill in Connersville, Indiana.

 

Patrick grew up in Milton, Indiana and was a 1991 graduate of Lincoln High School. He joined the US Army in 1992 and was veteran of the Iraq and Afghanistan wars, during which he served multiple tours and deployments. Patrick served with the 101st Airborne and retired from the Army in 2017 with the 82nd Airborne at Fort Bragg, as Battalion Maintenance Officer. He was currently employed at Rooms To Go in Dunn, North Carolina since 2017.

 

Patrick loved to ride his Harley Davidson. He participated on many benefit rides to help ones in need and veterans. Patrick loved his family very much, was a loving father and very proud of his son. Those he left behind to cherish his memory are his wife, Tammy; his son, Keith Driskill; his parents, Daniel and Sharon Driskill; brothers and sisters, Paul Driskill, Diana Barton, Margie (Melvin) Bowers, and Matthew (Katherine) Driskill; several uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, and cousins; and his canine buddy, Jack.

 

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Kenneth and Delores Driskill and maternal grandparents, Clarence and Pauline Pebworth.

 

There will be a Celebration of Life Service and Dinner on Saturday January 7, 2023 at 1:00 PM at VFW Post #1282. 205 N. 16th St., New Castle, Indiana.
