Oscar H. Bills, Jr.

Oscar H. Bills Jr, 87, of Cambridge City passed away on Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at Ambassador Healthcare in Centerville, IN.

“Junior” as he was known was born on September 11, 1929 in New Castle, IN to Oscar H. Sr. and Clara Prewitt Bills.

He was a truck driver for Kemper Cabinets in Richmond retiring in 1995 and then worked for Allen Chevrolet until 2006. He enjoyed NASCAR and Lincoln Eagles basketball.

Survivors include his children Michael E. (Linda) Bills, Robert (Cheri) Bills, Lori A. (Doug) Andrews and Melinda K. Bills; nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his wives Mary (Stone) Bills in 1957 and Linda (Harrison) Bills in 2000; a daughter Patricia Bills in 1951; and siblings Robert Bills and Theida Norris.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 am on Wednesday, December 28, 2016 at Waskom Capitol Hill Chapel in Cambridge City. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery in Cambridge City. Friends may call at the funeral home from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Tuesday, December 27, 2016.
