Orville J. Tebbe

Orville J. Tebbe, 93, of Dublin, IN passed away at Reid Health in Richmond on Monday, February, 27, 2017.

Orville was born on January 3, 1924 in Oldenburg, IN to Theodore C. and Louise Pulskamp Tebbe and had lived most of his life in the Cambridge City and Dublin areas.

He was a retired service technician having worked for Alpine Amusements for 54 years. After retirement he then helped his son, Eric at Tebbe Automotive. He was a member of St. Elizabeth Catholic Church in Cambridge City, Eagles Lodge in Brookville and the Moose Lodge in Connersville. Orville enjoyed gardening, playing cards and socializing with family and friends.

Survivors include his his children James (Bonnie) Tebbe, Debbie (Mike) McCullum, Judy (Eddie) Lykins, David (Annette) Tebbe and Eric (Tonya) Tebbe; a step-son Brent (Debbie) VanWinkle; 14 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; a brother Loren (Dorothy) Tebbe; a sister Marge Bedel; special friend Edith Moore; and nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Margaret E. Tebbe; and brothers Herschel, Gerald, Cyril, and Wilmer.

Friends may gather on Thursday, March 2, 2017 at Waskom Capitol Hill Chapel from

12:00 noon until start of services at 2:00 pm with Father John Luerman officiating. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery.
