Mary Ann (Loschiavo) Vogelgesang

Mary Ann Vogelgesang, 80, of Cambridge City passed away on November 3, 2022 at Community Heart and Vascular in Indianapolis. She was born on November 5, 1941 in Hamilton, Ohio to Anthony and Camille Loschiavo. She married Ronald Vogelgesang on August 22, 1959, They were members of St. Elizabeth Catholic Church for over 57 years and she was active in Social Club and Choir. Mary Ann worked for the Wayne County Fairgrounds for 35 years and she was well known at the 4-H Fair. Her love of family shines through her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Survivors include children Rhonda (Dallas) King, Renee (Jeff) Schambers, Randy (Tracy) Vogelgesang, Robin (Heath) Hokey and Rachai (Rob) Ewing; 8 grandchildren, Dallas (Natalie) King, Kyle (Alison) King, Dusty (Maria) Schambers, Jaymee (Collin) Singleton, Kenny Powell, Lynnette (Travis) Brown, Chase and Alex Hokey; 11 great grandchildren, Will, Nora, Sophie, and Caden King; Wyatt, Wade and Walker Schambers; Aria and Maxson Singleton; Nicole and Hannah Brown; a sister, Francie Wentz; and two especially dear friends Lois West and Diana Buhl.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Paul Vogelgesang in 2020.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be on Monday November 14, 2022 at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church in Cambridge City at 11:00 am. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery in Cambridge City. Friends may gather at Waskom Capitol Hill Chapel from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm on Sunday, November 13, 2022 and from 10:00 am until 10:30 am on Monday before services.
