Lola K. (Sullivan) Raby

Lola K. Raby, 77, of Greenfield passed away on Sunday July 19, 2026 at Plainfield Healthcare Center. She was born on April 20, 1949 in Connersville, IN to Charles E. Sullivan and Louise (Fields) Sullivan Byrd and lived in this area most of her life. A graduate of Connersville High School class of 1968, she was a stay at home mom until her kids started school. Then she spent 21 years working in many areas & departments in banking. After that she spent the next 18 years in warehouse logistics, before retiring and moving back to Greenfield. She was an avid reader, so her nose was usually in a book, but she also liked to travel and see new places. Between trips she took during her life she visited over half the United States. Plus Canada, Mexico, Ireland, Scotland, England, France and the Bahamas.

Survivors include her son, Michael (Cheri) Scalf; daughter, Michelle Freeman; step-son, Kent Raby; nine grand kids; five great grand kids; brother, Charles E. (Debra) Sullivan and a sister, Joy Moriarity.

A graveside service will be held at 1 PM on Tuesday, July 28, 2026 at Riverside Cemetery in Cambridge City, IN.
