Lily V. Moffitt

Lily Victoria Moffitt, 19, of Cambridge City, passed away at home on Sunday July 28, 2024. She was born in Muncie on May 18, 2005 to Cliff Shoemaker and Marie Moffitt and lived her entire life in this area. Lily was a 2023 graduate of Lincoln High School and was working as a counter clerk at McDonald's. She loved online video gaming, anime, and doing arts & crafts. Her favorite pets were her cats – Persimmon “Fat Cat” and Milky Way.

She is survived by her parents, Marie Moffitt and Cliff Shoemaker; sister, Sarah Lane; brother, Brian Lane; nephew Jaxson Lane and grandma, Alice Moffitt. Lily was preceded in death by great-grandma Alice Mitchem; grandma Dianne Brewster and great-grandma Delilah Cornett.

Friends may call from 5 PM until the start of her funeral service at 7 PM on Thursday, August 1, 2024 at Waskom Capitol Hill Chapel in Cambridge City.
