Gayle Glunt Obituary
Gayle Charles Glunt, age 89, formerly of Milton, passed away on Saturday, May 6, 2017 at Thornton Terrace in Hanover, Indiana.
He was born in Wayne County on July 5, 1927 to Herman and Jennifer (Miller) Glunt and lived most of his life in this area. Charles retired after about 45 years at what was Rex, Philco Ford and finally Visteon. He was of the Methodist faith.
Survivors include 4 sons, Jerry (Deanna) and Tom (Barbara) of Madison, IN, Danny of Cambridge City and Greg (Jalaine) of Connersville, IN; 8 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Charles was preceded in death by his wife of 60 years, Lydia G. (Reed) Glunt on December 10, 2010 and all of his siblings.
Private graveside services will be at Bryan Cemetery in Centerville.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Bryan Cemetery Association.
