Ennis L Hofer

Ennis L. Hofer, age 80, passed peacefully in his sleep on Sunday, February 10, in the presence of loving family members.  He was born on June 26, 1938 in Brookville, Indiana to Lloyd and Gayle C. (Stout) Hofer.  Ennis graduated from Hamilton High in 1956 and attended Ohio State University.  He retired from Champion International Papers after many years of service.  Ennis rental real estate management, farming, shooting sports, spending time with family and he was an avid collector of antiques.  His unique sense of humor, big-picture perspective and unwavering, extraordinary kindness to all will be cherished and deeply missed by his beloved family and friends.  A private Celebration of Life will be held in Brookville, Indiana where his wonderful life began, eight decades ago.
