E. Jeanne (Wilson) Morse

Elinor Jeanne Morse, age 91, of Cambridge City, passed away on Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at White Waters Commons in Liberty.

She was born on August 15, 1924 in Connersville, IN to William E. and Lillian (Hamilton) Wilson. Jeanne was a 1942 graduate of Knightstown High School. She married her late husband, Howard P. Morse, on March 5, 1944. Jeanne was a member of Cambridge City Christian Church and served as Clerk/Treasurer for Cambridge City for over 25 years. She enjoyed spending her winters in the Tampa Bay area.

Survivors include her sons, Denny Morse and his wife Ruth and Terry Morse and his wife Sharon; grandchildren, Chad, A.J., Jaime, Tabitha, Tara and Jacob; great-grandchildren, Acacia, Ilana, Wesley, Zachary, Marley,Jaci, Trenton, Dash, Chevelle and Jemma; sister-in-law, Leah Henderson; nieces and nephews.

Friends may gather at Waskom Capitol Hill Chapel in Cambridge City on Friday, December 4, 2015 from 11 AM until the start of service at 12 noon. Danny Berry will officiate. Interment will be at Riverside Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Cambridge City Christian Church.
