While at Hagerstown she was Coordinator of their computer program, taught adult night classes, as well as business education classes. She also enjoyed sponsoring the school’s Business Professionals of America organization and coached the girl’s volleyball team. After retiring she enjoyed traveling and camping with her husband and taking trips with her grandchildren. She was a member of Hagerstown First United Methodist Church, where she was in the Morning Glory Circle.
